We’ve got an all singing, all dancing new breakfast menu this month at Mannings! What does that mean for customers? More variety, better price points and a reason to stay for more than one night (after all, how are you supposed to try it all if you only stay for one night?!).
We couldn’t feature all the dishes as there’s more than enough to keep you going for a week! But here are our favourite five from the new menu:
Cornish Cheese & Meat Platter
What a way to start the day! Cornish Yarg, Brie and Davidstowe Cheddar served with home cooked ham and cured Prosciutto, that’s what we’re talking about! Taking our traditional continental and making it even better!
An oldie but a goodie, you can’t go wrong with a Bacon Butty! Ours is the King of all bacon sandwiches with three different cuts of bacon and pancetta cooked to order and served on toasted buttery goodness.
Mannings Breakfast Omelette
A healthy option (sort of). Crisp onions, peppers, ham, cheese and fresh herbs served with free range eggs and Rodda’s double cream. #YesPlease
Creamy Scrambled Eggs & Smoked Salmon
One of our personal faves: free range eggs, Rodda’s butter and cream, fresh herbs, lemon and pepper scented smoked salmon. Smoking hot!
Full Cornish Breakfast
Obviously we couldn’t write up a breakfast round up without including our Full Cornish Breakfast. The ultimate CEO of the cooked breakfast is the Mannings Full Cornish experience. Two eggs cooked to your liking, award winning Cornish sausage, crisp back and streaky smoked bacon, roasted vine tomato and buttered button mushrooms, cooked to order, what a great way to start the day!
