Lobster and brandy bisque, cod scallop and fennel mousse with pan seared hand dived scallop
Duo of Westcountry Duck
Warm sliced duck breast with a candied cashew nut and pink pepper corn crust with roasted beetroot emulsion.
Smoked duck and rhubarb bon bon on a chilli and orange jam
Avocado panna cotta with Italian tomato and vegetable ragout with orange and cranberry focaccia
Fillet steak medallion served pink with a slow braised ox cheek and Cornish blue croquette.
Served with creamy herb roasted fondant potato, chantenay carrot honey puree and a port wine jus
Centre cut stone brill fillet served on a creamy roasted fondant potato with smoked salmon and
dill beurre blanc sauce, brown butter shrimp and tender stem broccoli
Roasted squash, sage and spinach Wellington served on a vegan fondant potato, glazed asparagus spears
and wild mushrooms
Boozy billionaire panna cotta, caramel panna cotta, chocolate liqueur ganache, shortbread,
blood orange and grand marnier sorbet with honeycomb chards
Raspberry ripple ice cream roulade with peach jam, poached peach cheeks, Chantilly cream
infused with Baileys and toasted almond crisp
Roasted pineapple marinated in a chilli lime syrup with passion fruit sorbet, raspberry cassis gel
and crystallised pistachios
£57.50 – First Sitting (3 – Courses) between 6-7pm £70.00 – Second Sitting (4 Courses) after 7.45 pm
A discretionary 7.5% service charge will be added to your booking, which is shared out between our staff.
If you do not wish to pay this, please let us know prior to your arrival and we will happily deduct this from your bill.
A 50 % deposit will be required 4 weeks prior to your reservation with the final 50% due 1 week prior to 31/12/21.
