If You Need To Cancel Your Booking:
If your travel plans change and you no longer require your current reservation we do need 24 hours cancellation notice prior to 12 noon on the day of your arrival in order not to incur a late cancellation fee. We can be contacted by e-mail as we do require your cancellation in writing. If your cancellation falls outside of our cancellation policy there will be a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation charged to the credit card / debit card that we have on file for you. Please note that our cancellation policy is explained on all of our e-mail confirmations to you.
If you have made a reservation via a third party web site such as Booking.Com or Expedia please refer to our booking conditions on their website as these form of reservations are non-refundable if cancelled and cannot be amended.
Reservations made via a booking agent also need to be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival and can only be amended or cancelled by contacting your booking agent direct.
If you have arranged a group reservation please refer to our original reservation and cancellation policy on your e-mail confirmation.
When your reservation was made we did explain that in order to confirm your reservation with us we would require either a valid credit card or debit card to secure it. Full payment is due upon arrival and in the event you depart leaving an outstanding balance on your account we will use the credit card or debit card on file for you to settle the account.
*Please note that the credit card or debit card details that we hold for you will only ever be charged without you being present in accordance with our Hotels Terms & Conditions for any outstanding balances, cancellations, and smoking or damage charges.
Payment Of Account:
Accounts can be settled with all major credit cards and we do not accept cheques for payment.
Check In / Check Out Times:
Our check in time is 4 pm though if you contact us in advance we will make every effort to get your room ready as soon as possible for you. Check out is 10:00 am – again if you contact us in advance we can try to arrange a later check out for you.
Our car park is located just to left of the hotel and 4 red telephone boxes and can be accessed via our main gate intercom. We have limited car parking spaces and are on a first come first serve basis. We are not liable for any damages to your vehicle whilst using our car park. We will send you off site car parking information if you request it.
You can’t ignore the rules. It is illegal to smoke in our hotel. If you have smoked in your hotel room a fee will be charged to the credit card / debit card that we have on file for you – this would be the cost of one night’s stay and a £100.00 cleaning fee.
Discounts & Special Offers:
If you are booking one of our hotel offers that includes a discount or a voucher to use in the restaurant you cannot use any other promotional offers or discounts either in the hotel or restaurant.
If you are redeeming one of our gift vouchers we cannot give back change or replace lost / stolen vouchers.
We reserve the right to charge individual guests the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the negligent acts of guests to the hotel’s property. If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit card / debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.
If you have any special requests such as dietary, location of room or type of bedding required please make us aware of this before your arrival and we will make every effort to assist you.
